When sweet Isabel “Isa” entered this world, she was destined for greatness. Her big eyes, full head of hair and infectious smile brought so much joy to her family. When she was diagnosed with heart failure, her parents, Matt & Janelle, turned to the Children’s Organ Transplant Association (COTA) and was blown away by all this organization does for families in their same situation.

Isa passed away while awaiting her heart transplant and selflessly became one of Mayo Clinic’s youngest organ donors ever. In this way, her legacy lives on and continues through her foundation.

Isabel’s Impact continues to shine Isa’s light by raising funds to assist COTA families navigate their many expenses related to heart transplant. With nearly 40 years of experience, COTA understands the challenges these families face. Their services are provided at no cost to the families thanks to supporters like you and your contributions at events like this!
